| Shoulder Piece Size |
16" long by 2 3/4" wide where it will cross your shoulder, tapering to 2 1/4” at both the front and the back. Hand shaped rounded ends and fully dressed and burnished edges. The curved shape is symmetrical and would work equally well for a left or right handed player. Unless you tell me differently I’ll set it up for a right handed player.

Very intricate and well done Oak Leaf and Acorn tooling by the unknown original craftsman. The bottom of the shoulder piece is lined with new suede leather. Since the shoulder piece doesn’t slide on the strap to adjust position I’ll also need an additional measurement to properly locate it for you.

| Strap Style |
Western rein with decorative hand woven rawhide wraps on each rein. The wraps go completely around the strap and are 3/8“ thick. They were nicely done and extremely tight and will not move. I have no idea how the rawhide wraps were made but I suspect they are not original and were added sometime during it’s previous life. It looks to be a very time consuming process.

A few inches on each were skived thin enough to make a neat and flexible connection to the shoulder piece and securely fastened with 2 rows of double stitched sinew. The rest of each rein is unskived with all original edges and bottoms. Includes a custom set-up to the length and attachment points specified by the buyer.
