The custom cut and shaped strap slots fit the rein strap snug and once adjusted for position, the shoulder piece will not move without intentional help. Lined wall to wall with new suede leather on the bottom.

This one is from the Schutz Bros. tack shop - the cowboys favorite. The strap guide shows the Schutz Bros. maker mark which I cut off the end of the rein. Wide enough to safely accept standard button holes punched directly into the strap if preferred. Other attachment options are no problem.
