The strap guides hold the rein strap snug enough to keep things from sliding around during a hot break. The front is already set up with a no slip/quick adjust headstock or scroll loop that could also be used under the fretboard extension on an A style. The 3 hole end button tab shown in the photo will be attached at the buyers specified length.
