Shoulder Piece Notables
Hand cut from a larger piece of vintage leather. I copied this pattern from an old equestrian pulling collar and the curved shape is symmetrical so it would work equally well for a left or right handed player. If you’re a southpaw, be sure to let me know. Otherwise I’ll set it up to cross the left shoulder for a right handed player. The shape would work fine for either a heel button or headstock attachment. All edges dressed and burnished. Lined on the bottom with new suede leather.

Strap Leather
Genuine Schutz Bros vintage harness leather - broken in butter soft. A hefty piece of leather, lightly skived to level out the thickness, with original hand dressed and burnished top edges. I dressed and burnished the bottom edges and slicked the bottom smooth.

Strap Distressed Level
Medium. This one has seen some long days on the range but is still in very good condition. Seriously aged darkened and a really well used character but otherwise blemish free.

Strap Notables
Fits snug in the carefully cut and shaped strap slots and the shoulder piece will not move without intentional help. I cut the Schutz Bros maker mark off the rein and used it for the strap guide which keeps the rein centered on the curved shoulder piece. Includes a full setup to your specs for length and attachment points.
